Jake is our founder and oversees Sweet Haven to ensure that you receive the quality you deserve! He has an avid love of the outdoors and dogs! He's a dad to his golden doodle Everest. He enjoys hiking, skiing, and Starbucks runs for pup cups!
Madison
Madison is our coordinator and will be your point of contact as you navigate our services and plan your wedding! She is a mom to two sweet boys, loves reading & skiing, and will always say yes to chocolate ice cream. She has been working with brides for many years and cannot wait to get to know your love story!
Everyone has a story, and here is ours:​
Ten years ago, Jake discovered his passion for photography & videography, and quickly realized how irreplaceable a perfectly captured moment truly is. Working in the field opened his eyes to how difficult it can be for so many couples to find a photographer who not only delivers beautiful work, but who communicates openly and quickly, knows how to make you feel comfortable, and honors every last request. Reaching even more couples than what he could handle as a single photographer & videographer started to become his dream.

Just three years ago, Jake's sister Madison was one of these newly engaged brides described above. It was SO overwhelming for her when it came to finding a photographer and videographer! She knew her pictures and video would last for several generations, and to her, they were the most important part of her wedding day. Madison quickly realized how difficult it can be to find a team that has great communication, genuinely wants to get to know you, create a plan for your needs, and deliver quality.

And just like that, Sweet Haven was born
Jake and Madison's experiences grew in them a desire to create a place where couples can come and feel listened to, valued, and receive the quality they deserve for the biggest day of their life. They wanted to create a haven; a place you can come to relive and cherish the day you vowed your love and commitment to each other. We want to provide that for YOU!
The idea of Sweet Haven was thrown around for a while, and a lot of thought and care was put into creating this just for you. We created Sweet Haven because just like you're creating a haven with your love, we want to create a haven for your moments and memories. We are now growing into a team of several photographers and videographers who Jake and Madison trust 100%!
